Access to the Site and the use of its content are subject to the terms of use described below. By accessing and browsing the Site, the user unreservedly accepts the following provisions.

II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY II.1 Ownership APG holds the domain name of the Site. The Site as a whole, as well as the elements that compose it (including texts, structures, software, animations, photographs, videos, illustrations, diagrams, graphic representations, logos, etc.) constitute works protected by Articles L.111-1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. The Site and its components are the exclusive property of APG, which is the only entity authorized to use the associated intellectual property rights and personality rights. II.2 Sanctions The use of all or part of the Site, including downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation, or dissemination for purposes other than personal and private non-commercial use by the user is strictly prohibited. Violation of APG’s rights exposes the offender to sanctions provided for by the Intellectual Property Code, particularly regarding copyright infringement (Article L. 335-1 and following), trademark law (Article L. 716-1 and following), as well as by the Civil Code concerning civil liability (Article 9, Articles 1382 and following). III. PERSONAL DATA This section is dedicated to our Privacy Protection Policy and aims to inform users of the Site about the personal data collected during their browsing and its use by APG. By sending a message via the “Contact” or “Enquirie” sections of the Site or by creating a customer account on the Site, the customer consents to the collection and processing of their Personal Data by the Company. The optional or mandatory nature of the information to be communicated to APG during the collection on the Site will be indicated to users in advance. Users are not obliged to provide Personal Data to APG.

III.3 Identity of the Data Controller The company APG is responsible for the collection and processing of the personal data of users of the Site.

III.4 Recipients of Personal Data APG is generally the sole recipient of the Personal Data collected on the Site. III.6 Retention of Personal Data User data is retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of account creation or the last operation performed by the customer from their account, except for the storage of bank information, which is retained for 10 years.

III.7 Users’ Rights In accordance with Articles 15 and following of the GDPR, each user has the right to access, rectify, complete, update, lock, or delete their Personal Data and, for legitimate reasons, to object to its processing.
